How to do it

  1. 1Stand with your back flat against a wall and step your feet out about two foot-lengths.
  2. 2Slide down until your thighs are parallel to the floor, knees stacked over ankles at 90 degrees.
  3. 3Keep your back and hips pressed to the wall and hold for the prescribed time.
  4. 4Push evenly through your heels to stand back up.
