Track Assisted Pull-Up (Machine) in MyoAmigo Log your sets, get a starting weight based on your history, and compare each session with your previous work.

How to do it

  1. 1Set the assistance weight on the stack. A HIGHER number means MORE help, so it makes the set easier. The goal over time is to need less of it.
  2. 2Kneel or stand on the platform and take a wide overhand grip on the upper bar. Let the platform carry you to a full hang with the arms straight. This is your starting position.
  3. 3Pull yourself upward by driving the elbows down and to your sides, leading with the chest, until your chin clears the bar. Avoid kipping or swinging.
  4. 4Pause briefly at the top, then lower under control to a full hang.
