How to do it

  1. 1Extend one arm straight out in front of you at shoulder height with your palm facing down.
  2. 2With your other hand, gently bend that wrist so your fingers point toward the floor. You should feel a stretch along the top of your forearm. Hold for 15 to 20 seconds.
  3. 3Now turn that palm to face up and gently pull your fingers back toward your body until you feel a stretch along the inside of your forearm. Hold for 15 to 20 seconds.
  4. 4Switch arms and repeat.
